While deeply rooted in Rotary's timeless principles of "Service Above Self" and the 4-Way Test, we're pioneering approaches that resonate with both seasoned Rotarians and emerging leaders. Our goal is to preserve Rotary's cherished traditions while adapting our methods to engage the next generation of community servants.

The Left Hand Rotary Club of Longmont was founded in 2025 by a dedicated group of Rotarians who envisioned a new approach to community service and professional fellowship. Our mission is to connect our community, members, and leaders in ways that create meaningful impact while giving our members powerful opportunities to give back to the Longmont community we all cherish.

is a simple ethical framework adopted by Rotary International formally in 1943, which is currently used by Rotarians worldwide to guide decisions and actions. Created in 1932 by Rotarian Herbert J. Taylor during the Great Depression, it was designed to restore trust and integrity in business and professional life.

By applying these principles, Rotary clubs are able to build trust, foster cooperation, and make thoughtful, ethical choices in their service projects and partnerships. The Four-Way Test helps ensure that Rotary’s local and global efforts are grounded in honesty, fairness, and mutual respect—enabling clubs to create sustainable, positive change in their communities and around the world.
